Why Is The Church Against Homosexuals Yet They Cover Up Their Child Molesting Priests?
They just pay off the family and move the priest to a new parish out of state, it has happened. It’s pure hypocrisy and politics.
We would *all* like to know this, my Dear One. Really we would but like my colleagues have said, Homosexuality and Pedophilia are two different things. One is a loving relationship and the other is purely about Power.
Celibacy is *not* a normal state for a Human. To force a man who’s urges want him to have sex — whether or not he’s made vows of chastity or not is against our own natural urges and it will eventually out itself in some men. Unfortunately in those types of men, it then does so in twisted ways. Instead of admitting their mistakes and dealing with it, the church hides their heads in the sand and does nothing.
We’re still *really* waiting for something truly to be done.
