Not necessarily. Most of our behaviour derives from our unconscious beliefs and habits and, when we don’t know a better way to fulfill an emotional purpose, it can be that our unconscious beliefs and habits will create circumstances that invite experiences we would not consciously choose. For example, a child consistently ignored might become sick - not just feign sickness but become sick - in order to get attention from a parent or other adult, but would not necessarily be aware that that was the true purpose of the sickness.
Whilst the abuse of another person is behaviour that cannot be condoned, I suspect these situations are often more complicated than who’s wearing the white hat and who’s wearing the black hat.

I went to the link you give to get the free gift card for toys from Kmart but it says I am not in USA and do not qualify, do you know if Kmart is doing this in canada too?
