how can i stop being sad?
i seem to get really sad all the time…went to see a conceller a while ago and she said that i am not depressed or anything because ppl who are depressed are really just angry and turn the anger inwards…i dont think im angry about anything or at myself…so why do i keep feeling sad? i think its a mixture of stresses from school, work, friends, family, boys, body image…just everything i guess…i just cant stop feeling sad and that just makes me even sadder…my mum is always asking me if im depressed and i always tell her that im fine…i just dont really know what to do
well i kinda know how that feels, been in that situation many many times, still kinda gets like that too, school stresses me out and so does my family, all u need to know is keep ur cool, just know that u have family that love and adore u, and as for body image and stuff sure everyone has that
but what i feel bothers u most, is the fact that u feel u are depressed and u wonder why, just go out there and think about what u have the good things in life that many people dont really have that u are lucky to have.. we live only once honey!
boys come and go, trust me they aint worth ur time if they dont get to know the real u, u need to be happy and thats all that matters…ur not depressed ur just going thru a phase so dont let any one tell u ur depressed coz ur not aite
just take ur time and figure out what may be bothering u and work on it, sure it’ll take time, but im sure ull be alot happier coming out of it dont ya?
